"Customer Service not helpful and rude"
Suddenly canceled 1 of 3 prescriptions and very unhelpful trying to address the issue. Canceled my auto ship and will now drive to vet to get the prescriptions. Wasted two different lunch hours to fix the issue with 0 results.

"A mistake was made in my street name so…"
A mistake was made in my street name so my order was returned to Vetsource. When I called customer service made the correction to my street name that was off by one letter. I assume I should be upset that USPS couldn’t figure out the error but customer service at Vetsource was rude and didn’t offer any solutions such as returning the box when they receive it! I was told I’d have to reorder and repay for a $58 item. When I tried to chat with them my chat was cut off. I will never use this company again!

"Amazing customer service!"
Vet source has consistently been amazing with customer service. I haven’t had to wait more than 3 min on hold and they always help me out with my question right away. Today I let them know my cat had to be euthanized and to see if they would possibly take back the prescription food I have unopened. They credited me the food price and said I could donate to my animal shelter of choice. SOO appreciative of their support and kindness!

"I love Vetsource"
I love Vetsource! My vet trusts them and so do I. They always help me find manufacturer rebates for my products and offer the lowest prices online. And they are always so helpful if any issues arise. Today, I had the pleasure of speaking with Alexa after I had a minor delivery issue with USPS. She found a solution right away! I really feel like she cared for me and my pet. I am glad my vet has partnered with Vetsource. I will continue to purchase all of my pet's medicine through them and am happy to recommend them 100%!

"Worst RX fulfillment Vet company on the…"
Worst RX fulfillment Vet company on the planet!!! takes them 2 wks. to send out 8.5 lb. bag of WD hills diabetic food for my newly diabetic cat!!! IN the meantime I have had to go to a vet I have NEVER been to, to buy an 8.5 lb. bag while I wait!!! I live on SS and cannot shell out $110 to Vetsource 1 day and a few days later shell out another $61 for this WD food!!! That is taking 2 wks. to deliver to me.
I ordered at the same time a case of Royal Canin canned glycosource food. I was told if my cat didn't like it, and he DID NOT, I could easily get a refund. Well, it doesn't work like that, just got off the phone with Casey a supervisor and he tells me that since my WD Hills STILL HAS NOT SHIPPED, they cannot START THE process of refunding my Royal Canin canned food $61 purchase!!! That he has called the warehouse to find out what the delay is, and he has no information for me and will NOT until the end of the week!!!
CALL CHEWY DO NOT USE THIS TERRIBLE FULLFILLMENT COMPANY!!!

"THE WORST SERVICE EVER!"
THREE times this year they messed up orders from our vet. Shipped to wrong address. Then other weird stuff on address had orders floating in limbo for weeks going back and forth all over the country while they tried to figure out where it was supposed to go! Customer service RUDE and totally uncaring. They gave us a hard time at every turn. Actually said "we don't care. Do as you please" when we said we were getting the medication somewhere else! NEVER using them again. Vet now considering another service.

"Awful customer service, would give 0 stars if that were an option"
I ordered prescription dog food though this company since it's the site my vet uses. When I contacted them for a shipping timeline they told me that most orders ship within 8 days but that it depends on the manufacturer's stock. They wouldn't call the manufacturer for more info and suggested I call the manufacturer myself. The fact that they wouldn't even try to find out stock levels or a shipping time says a lot about how little they're willing to help their customers. I ended up putting in a request to cancel the order but they couldn't even tell me if it was possible to cancel or not. I'm going to order though Chewy since they're much more reliable and hope that Vetsource actually cancels the order.

Update: Order wasn't canceled and they charged me an additional $109.00 on top of my order total. Let's hope I can actually get a refund from them.

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY"
This company is the worst!
I placed an order on Oct 5. I had a $10 off coupon so the 20 cans of cat food I ordered came to $18.50. I had to contact them early November because it still had not shipped. I was told there was a problem in the order so they had to cancel and reorder on their end causing me to loose the discount but they would discount the total 25%. I would be ok with it if it came up to a little bit more but when I saw my bank account it was over $42! More than double. This order is still not showing shipped (11/18) so I emailed them to cancel my order and give me a refund. They never reached out to me to rectify any part of this situation and had the nerve to charge me so much. I will never do business with them again.

"Vetsource is horrible"
I have so much to write but I will keep it simple. If you make an order and want to cancel they will charge you. Ship it to you and tell you to bad. I would not accept even free stuff from them. Horrible company. Stay away

"Terrible, unaccountable and takes forever to get your RX"
Will not use this source again. They basically blamed the vet and the client (me) for not getting the package to us in a timely manner.

Good luck with them if you decide to use them.

"Basically zero customer service"
I placed an order for my pups Frontline and also his special food which is a prescription. I got the Frontline in the mail and opened it up and noticed I accidentally ordered Frontline Plus instead of Frontline Gold. Since I got my box in the late afternoon/evening after the time Vetsource close I had to wait to contact until the next day (I called them yesterday. I asked if they would accept the Frontline Plus back not opened as I accidentally ordered the wrong Frontline and the lady on the phone said no they cannot accept it back. I was shocked because it literally just arrived and was not opened. They claim any prescription product they can not accept back. WELL FRONTLINE PLUS IS SOLD IN STORES SO THIS DOES NOT NEED TO BE A PRESCRIBED PRODUCT. All I wanted was to return the item to get the Frontline Gold that my dog uses and pay the difference in price since Frontline Gold is more. What a scam. Also with my pups prescription food STILL HAS NOT SHIPPED And was placed on 7/12/2022. I selected to get autoship but now I'm going to cancel that and go back to a different provider. It's not like my dog can just drop everything and eat whatever. Constantly changing a dogs food needs to be slowly implemented and this one is a specific type. I do not recommend ordering from Vetsource because if they won't accept an item back that is not even opened that was literally received a few hours before just from a small mistake on ordering THEN IT'S A SCAM AND HORRIBLE COMPANY. They wouldn't even offer a coupon or anything the lady said 'oh the only thing you can do is put another order in for the Gold". NO I ALREADY PAID $80.00 for the plus and now you want me to pay $106.00 and get stuck with the $80.00 too screw that.

"Do not use this company!"
Do not use this company they overcharge then will not give you a refund. They make money off you and then laugh and make you return items to your vet so you have to waste more gas and more time this is not a company of convenience waste of time go to chewy or pet Meds go anywhere else do not use this company.

Day 4: Pending vet approval.
Day 5: Still pending.
Day 6: Out of Stock. Ordered from Chewy.
Day 8: To be delivered today by Chewy.

"Email received from Vetsource."
Two days ago, I wrote a review about VS. Past 2 days I put in a dispute request because I asked their customer service to cancel my order and I was promised a confirmation which I did not get until today and as follows;

Cancellation notice for your pet's NutriSource High Plains Select Grain Free Dog Food

Unfortunately your order for NutriSource High Plains Select Grain Free Dog Food is currently unavailable due to a manufacturer backorder. We do not have an estimated in-stock date at this time, so this item has been canceled from order *******. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

This cancellation does not affect any other products on AutoShip; they'll be delivered as scheduled.

Please contact your veterinary practice as soon as possible at *******886 to discuss the best alternative to ensure your pet doesn't experience an interruption in therapy.

We have sent a transaction cancellation request to your financial institution to ensure you are not charged.

They are so out of it. Now, their blaming the manufacturer.
Also, they are saying other things which I ordered. I did not order anything but the dog food.

This company stinks
