Ordering the food itself was totally fine, but for some reason the manufacturer rebate turned into a whole project. I bought it partly because the rebate was advertised, and then I ended up having to dig around for the right receipt and all the info they needed just to submit it.

vetsource support did respond, but it kind of felt like no one really owned the issue. The rebate process has taken forever, and I’m still not even sure it’s actually going to go through. Not a terrible experience overall, just more annoying than it needed to be.
